Columbus Crew SC unveil new stadium renderings ahead of 2021 opening

Columbus Crew SC have released more renderings of their new soccer-specific stadium, which is currently scheduled to open this July.

 

The renderings released today feature images of two premium sections available for sale: the River Club and the Rail Club.

 

The in-progress $300 million venue located in downtown Columbus is expected to have a capacity of 20,000 spectators and include 30 suites and 1,900 club seats. It will replace the Crew's longtime home of MAPFRE Stadium, which opened in 1999 as the first MLS soccer-specific stadium.
